Are you looking to buy yourself some time? What if I told you that I know a way, or a magical way, that will help you achieve that goal? Would you be interested? How about if I told you that this same way could also reduce some of your business costs? Better yet, it can increase your profit margin! Would you be interested then? If your answer is yes, or you’re even a tad curious, or skeptic, for that matter, then stay with me for about x minutes.
Well, there is only one thing that you need to do. It’s something that you’re familiar with. Although you probably put little, if any, thought into it. And it’s simple. You simply need to delegate some of your tasks. Why? So that you can increase your profit margins, reduce your cost, and buy yourself some time! Hello?!?! Is this thing on?
Look, I’m a mom so I already know your next question or two before you even ask. You still want to know why. You want to know why you should delegate or why I think delegating is so magical. To this, I say delegation is the key for business owners like you because it’s the catalyst that’ll help you streamline your business.
I know letting go of control it can be hard to do. I understand that you like to do things a certain way. I know you feel it won’t get done right unless you do it yourself. Do you know what else I know? I know that you need help. That you get overwhelmed and even occasionally suffer from burnout.
Delegating is that way to get the much-needed rest and relaxation help you need. It can show up in a variety of ways. You must be strategic because you can’t just delegate any and everything. Nor can you entrust tasks to just anyone. The other question you may want to know is how. How can you delegate tasks when you’re the lone wolf? Or when the things you do are unique to you and your business?
I told you that I know a way. Remember when I said, and I quote, “I know a way, or a magical way, that’ll help you”? I still haven’t told you the best part yet. Delegating is the way, but the magical way is to hire a Virtual Assistant (VA). Hiring anybody almost sounds counterproductive to reducing your costs. However, finding the best VA could be valuable to your business. Wait a minute. Let me guess. You’re either wondering what a Virtual Assistant is, what they do or how to utilize one.
For the sake of time, let me give a brief idea. A VA is an independent contractor. VAs provide administrative and other specialized services to clients while working remotely. VAs will access all necessary files, accounts, and documents to help them complete their assigned tasks.
Typical tasks include data entry, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, email management, bookkeeping, customer service, and social media management. Some VAs will handle personal tasks in addition to business tasks. You just have to find the VA who’s the right fit for you.
The Virtual Assistance Industry is filled with a variety of skill sets. If you want to find out more about the VA Industry in general, I have a list of resources here. If you want to find out more about how E-Sential can serve your needs, feel free to contact me.
